My God, My God, Why have You Abandoned Me?

In those moments of grief and pain, when the shadows fall and our hearts feel totally overwhelmed, do we feel abandonment by God? Jesus certainly does in Mark's telling of the Gospel, as these are the only words he will speak from the cross? What does Jesus' suffering teach us about our own feelings of neglect. Sometimes God is silent when we are crying out. We'll look at the comfort we may find in the words Jesus speaks, Psalm 22.

Church Columbarium Application
Click Here to print out your request to have ashes interred in our Columbarium. Niches are $1200.00 and can hold two urns. If, in the future, you or your loved one decides this is no longer needed, the church will buy-back the niche at 70% of the $1200.
Simply print out form and return to the church with either the $1200.00 or a deposit of $300.00. We do ask that the full amount be paid within six months of the deposit.
